Gift Card Terms & Redeeming Instructions:
All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gift cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the original recipient.
Gift cards are nom-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
To redeem a gift card, the recipient must book their appointment using the same email that was used to receive the gift card. This ensures the gift card is properly linked to the appointment.
All new clients are required to complete intake forms and health history information at the time of the booking.
A credit card is required to hold your appointment and will not be charged at the time of booking and may only be charged in the event of late cancellation or no-show, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Gift card must be presented or referenced at the time of sevice.
